Steps To Place An Order
To purchase an item, click on the "add to cart" link next to that item.
Your payment will be processed by the PayPal encrypted shopping cart system. I will ship your purchase within three business days after receipt of payment. If you have a special request
(ie overnight mail service,pay with CC over the phone,etc) please email me or call my office to make arrangements. I check
my email daily unless work takes me out of town. My contact phone/fax is my construction office, so please

To purchase items directly with your credit card, send an email to Mineralmanusa@aol.com with the following information:
§ Your full name and daytime phone number
§ Your full mailing and billing address
§ The item code(s) and description(s)
hours, you will be sent a confirmation email and I will contact you by phone to arrange payment. This email will contain the final purchase price including any discounts ( members of FMS get a 10%
discount) taxes (if applicable), and shipping. Orders valued at $100.00 or more will be shipped via USPS priority mail
with a delivery guarantee in the United States. Guarantee is only valid if you have provided me with the correct shipping address. Unless indicated, your shipping
address will be the same as what you have listed with PayPal (if that is the method of payment). No refunds
or specimen replacements will be given if you have not provided me with the correct shipping address OR if your shipment is
lost in the mail.
CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS ONLY PAY SALES TAX (8.75% of total
purchase price). If you live outside of California, there is NO SALES TAX.

5. A full refund of the cost of any mineral is
happily given if the mineral is returned undamaged within 14 days of purchase. Shipping charges are non refundable. Customer pays return shipping cost's. Mineral(s)
may be returned if you feel they have not been accurately described or depicted. Contact
me immediately by e-mail upon receipt of your order. Orders that are lost and or damaged in
the mail are not our responsibility. We ship in good faith and carefully package all item's but can not be held liable
for any failure in handling by the US Postal System or any other postal carrier. Therefore, we strongly recommend
postal insurance on all orders.
Minerals are photographed as accurately
as possible. However, I am not a professional photographer. If you are interested in a specimen/item or you have a special request,
e-mail the specimen code number or the name of what you are looking for and you will be sent a high resolution
digital photograph of what is in stock. I have thousands of minerals in stock, far to numerous to photograph and post on the
